Turkish Eggs Toast
*Ingredients*
3 cloves of garlic confit
1 Challah bread slice
1 tbsp. Turkish/Greek yogurt
1 garlic clove - minced
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
½ teaspoon lime zest
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt & pepper
30g butter
1/2 tbsp. paprika
1 egg, poached
¼ tbsp. chili flakes
Dill
*Instructions*
1. In a medium nonstick skillet, heat butter over medium-high, add paprika and chili flakes, mix and set aside.
2. In a small bowl mix garlic, greek yogurt, lime zest, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Add salt and pepper and mix.
3. Lightly toast the bread.
4. Using a butter knife spread the garlic over the toast.
5. Spread the greek yogurt over toast
6. Top with poached egg, salt, and pepper.
7. Drizzle over the spicy butter
8. Finish with dill
