Garlic Confit, Avocado & Poached Egg
Garlic Confit + Avocado + Sourdough bread + Poached egg
Ingredients:
1 sourdough slice
1/2 avocado
1 egg
2 tablespoons white vinegar
Salt & pepper
3 cloves of garlic confit
Instruction:
Make the poached egg:
1. Bring a pot of water to boil, then lower the heat and wait until there are no bubbles.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar.
3. Pour the ramekin with the egg into the middle of the vortex and set a timer for 3
minutes.
4. Lightly toast the bread.
5. Using a butter knife spread the garlic over the toast.
6. Cut the avocado into thin slices
7. Top toast with avocado and poached egg, and add salt & pepper.
