Crispy Spicy Potatoes

*Ingredients*
8-12 yellow potatoes (preferably small-medium size)
3 garlic cloves- minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tbsp. aleppo pepper
1/4 cup salt
1 teaspoon chili oil
4 tbsp olive oil
Flaky salt
1 tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)
Chili flakes (optional)
Lime Aioli:
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lime zest
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
*Instructions*
Bring a pot of water to the boil, add 1/4 cup salt, potatoes and cook for 20-30 minutes (use a fork to make sure the potatoes are soft enough). Once soft, drain and let the potatoes cool down.
Preheat the oven to 400F.
In a bowl mix together garlic, chili oil, paprika, aleppo pepper, olive oil and mix until combined.
Place the potatoes in a baking sheet.
With the bottom of a cup or potato masher squish the potatoes gently. The thinner the potatoes the crisper it will be.
Brush the potatoes with spicy oil mixture.
Place in the oven for 35-50 minutes (depending on how crispy you like it).
Add flaky salt, chilli flakes, parsley and serve.
Lime Aioli:
In a small bowl mix together mayonnaise, lime juice, lime zest and parsley.
Mix together until combined.
