Challah Bread, Everything Bagel Seasoning, Greek Yogurt, Fresh Cucumber

Your go-to choice for a light and airy breakfast

Ingredients:
1 Challah bread slice
1 tbsp. Greek yogurt
1 garlic clove - minced
1 teaspoon lemon zest
½ teaspoon lime zest
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt & pepper
1 teaspoon of everything bagel seasoning
1 cucumber
Bowl with water and ice (for the cucumber)

Instruction:

1. Lightly toast the bread.
2. In a small bowl mix garlic, greek yogurt, lime zest, lime juice, and half of the lemon zest. Add salt and pepper and mix.
3. Peel the cucumber into ribbons and place them in a bowl with ice and water (to make them curly and extra crunchy) for a few minutes.
4. Spread the greek yogurt over the toast, then add lemon zest.
5. Remove the cucumber ribbons from the bowl, gently absorb the liquids with a paper towel, and place them on top of the toast.
6. Season with everything bagel seasoning and serve.
